"Our mattress was extremely uncomfortable with springs poking into our back. We asked for more towels due to insects creeping throught the gap from our front and patio doors- no one returned with them after front desk told us someone was on the way. Then we experienced plumbing issues after any usage of our tap from the bathroom sink led to leaking and ultimately flooding of water from the toilet. "The room I booked did not exist. The manager tried to convince me that the room they put me in was the room I booked. I had to contact Expedia to try to resolve the issue which did not happen. They promised to add a $90 credit to my account, I haven't seen that credit yet, but it may be processing. The resort said they would comp me breakfast for the remainder of my stay but that did not cover the charges I should have recouped. "
