"It was nice that the hotel was inside the Londoner casino."

"We love the staff of this hotel. When we checked in, we told the front desk staff, Kevin Yang, that we have three people. He suggests a room with a sofa bed to us. However, Kevin noticed that there is a strong cigarette smelt in the room. It seems that previous hotel guest may have smoke in the room despite it is a non-smoking room. He immediately assign us to another one. The room is great. The staffs are helpful and very friendly. Even though I stayed in the hotel for only one night, the front desk staff like, Kevin, recognized me and remembered what I have asked him the previous night. The only suggestion I have for this hotel is that I think they should consider provide shuttle service to the HK-Zhuhai-Macau bridge port. It is very closed to the hotel. The hotel already have shuttle to the ferry station but it would be great if the shuttle also goto the HKZM port. "

"Nice hotel, it’s tied to City of Dreams and is located across the street from Wynn Palace and MGM Cotai. The buffet breakfast was decent, and included many choices. But the restaurant can get crowded during breakfast. If ur tired of Chinese food, City of Dreams 2nd floor includes the Soho area housing a McDonald’s and Starbucks, along with several other western restaurants and Din Tai Fung, the Taiwanese dumpling chain. "
