"Love all the Conrad hotel staff. Room is awesome, wonderful checkin experience and room service. Turn-down service at 6pm is punctual and room attendant reply to all our needs in a written note for all nights. Helpful, friendly and always look out to help anyone in need. Really love the ambience and the cleaniness. Highly recommended "

"Nice hotel, we checked in about 20 mins early and no problem. Upon learning it was my wife's birthday, they upgraded us to a better view room and sent over a nice cake. We had room service in the evening which was delicious, and the hotel breakfast in the morning was great too - lots to choose from and the quality across the board was pretty decent, which is rare for hotel breakfasts. Coffee could have been better though! Other than that had a great time - we went to Macau to visit TeamLab which was not too far away. There is a free shuttle to the Macau ferry pier or a bunch of other locations which made it easy"
