Turn-down service at 6pm is punctual and room attendant reply to all our needs in a written note for all nights. Helpful, friendly and always look out to help anyone in need. "Nice hotel, we checked in about 20 mins early and no problem. Upon learning it was my wife's birthday, they upgraded us to a better view room and sent over a nice cake. We had room service in the evening which was delicious, and the hotel breakfast in the morning was great too - lots to choose from and the quality across the board was pretty decent, which is rare for hotel breakfasts. Coffee could have been better though! Other than that had a great time - we went to Macau to visit TeamLab which was not too far away. There is a free shuttle to the Macau ferry pier or a bunch of other locations which made it easy"
