"My wife and I, along with our 10-month-old baby, had the pleasure of staying at Southern Palms in Mombasa in September 2024, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The food at the resort was nothing short of amazing – we truly could spend the entire day indulging in the variety of delicious offerings. We would like to acknowledge the incredible staff who made our stay extra special: - John (porter) for his cheerful welcome and helpful nature. - Walter in the buffet restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure our baby was comfortable and happy during meal times. - Rodgers for his friendly greetings every evening at dinner. - Winnie for taking the time to play with our baby and keeping him entertained, adding a personal touch to every meal. - Defence, whom we have a special thanks for. "Stunning resort. We had beach rooms with direct access to the beach. I am literally on the beach. The hotel staff were all amazing, some of which I will mention by name. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"
