Walking around to far side ( window side) of the bed was an obstacle course and really tight squeeze. Nice wall covering in shower toilet room, but sloppily finished. A fifteen dollar " deposit" from my credit card was charged upon check in. At check out I was told that this would be refunded by the bank in a day or two. Given that I did not purchase anything why is this not immediately refunded at check out?"

"Our daughter lives in Kansas City. Whenever we visit we stay at Lotus. It is always clean, quiet, comfortable and has a great breakfast. I feel the price is reasonable too."
