"Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities."

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "

"Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids...

"Super close to slopes and food. The ski concierge was the best, lockers for all our gear and free shuttle right outside."

"Excellent breakfast buffet and onsen facility. Close access to Niseko Hirafu ski gondola and nearby restaurants. A warning that restaurants are in high demand during the ski season and reservations needed. We had a traditional room which meant sleeping on a floor mat. It will be uncomfortable if you are used to a soft mattress. Oz-Snow is a good choice for nearby bar and food."

"Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures"
