Lovely surroundings great staff, very clean, lovely swimming pool, the only downfall was the beds beside the pool were very hard, and we just couldn't sit on them for long, the beds in the grass area were comfortable. "We traveled from the USA. We had a wonderful stay. We took the Hovercraft across the water and the Hotel was directly across the street The staff was very helpful and kind. The bath towels were very nice. The only thing missing for me were face washcloths. Our breakfast was included and was delicious and plentiful. Because it is such a spacious hotel, I was able to meet with my cousin and aunt I hadn’t seen in 50+ years inside the hotel. I was able to purchase tea and coffee and cake for us to enjoy while we visited."

"My room was comfortable though basic and the hotel is in a great location for Ryde just being minutes walk from the hovercraft and the town centre. The staff were really noce and friendly and the breakfasts were amazing! If I come to Ryde again, I would definitely stay here."
