"Comfortable and convenient. Great location next to shopping centre and ladies markets. Very easy to get around all of Hong kong with the MTR 3 mins walk or all buses. Central 10 mins away. Hotel more comfortable than most but cleaning and maintenance not 100%. We had a broken electric blind the whole time which caused a bit of distress but other than that pretty good. "

"This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. Especially the bathroom - the toilet flush stopped working a couple of times and there was always a waft of sewage that you could even smell from the bedroom. "

"The check in was very fast and I have to thank the front desk management for their appropriate response to my suggestion over the past few months. The room itself was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out.
