"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. "Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. "The check in staff was really helpful and let us checked in early. All the other staff were courteous and helpful too. The room space was tight. There was no space to open up our luggage. We only managed because it was only a one night’s stay. The location is also not desirable. It’s right across the market. We had a room on the 29th floor facing the harbour but could still here the traffic at night."

"The hotel is very well located in Kowloon, close to the harbour. Room was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi was fast. The breakfast selection was very good. As our return flight weas very late, the reception were able to have a late check out (paying of course) So overall, we had a great stay. However, two minor remarks need to be made: Check in takes too long, at least 15-20 min per guest and there was a long queue The reception area is huge, however there is nowhere seating...
