"A great room and beautiful grounds all well maintained. Super attentive staff everywhere. The buffet breakfast was excellent with very good choice. The evening dinner wasn't really our scene. The buffet offered an excellent choice of foods but was not personal and quite cramped. Our room bathroom had no rails for towels and only two hooks (for the robes). "Front desk staff were lovely , helpful and talkative which is always a nice start , breakfast was good and easy , my only issue with my room was we were given a wheelchair friendly room so Shower , Toilet and Sink were very low down which was a bit of an issue but other than that our stay was great !! "

"We did witness a close call crime. Someone nearly had their phone stolen. We were already aware though of the risks staying in London, thank you Facebook. Great location for Harry Potter studio tour though. In the words of Moody, ‘in London you need constant vigilance.’Staff were great. "

"We had three days in London and the apartment was perfect for Watford Junction station, which was a short 5 min walk and then just 20 minutes on the train to Euston. It was great to have two separate bedrooms for us and the children. The apartment was very spacious."
