"Even though i booked deluxe room, i was downgraded to standard because they were sold out. Hotel arranges club style party every weekend, hence, i could not sleep the whole night. There is no mention or warning that there will be party with loud music. Such a terrible experience and staff is not helpful."

"Front desk girl could be more professional and polite. If they ask for “2nd ID”, it means another id of same person and not the other person. Could have simply asked for ID of other guest and not try to show arrogance."

Very few dishes were good- Mediterranean platter & whole wheat pasta to be precise. Rest everything was below average. Room interiors, size and the palace feels of the property are amazing. "
