"Hotel appears generally clean and I did not notice any major issues with cleanliness. Most fascilities are in good working condtion. Hot water was insufficient for shower. You get like a couple of minutes of hot water and then it is basically luke warm. They need to install higher capacity water heaters. "

"The refrigerator in the room I first stayed was not working. Left for two days and came back same thing refrigerator not working I inform the desk said they will send engineering no one came. I was checking out the next day. So just let it be. "

"Very good hotel. The service is excellent . The manager Karamchand Bhatnagar was very helpful. They had a solution for every problem. Hotel is small , but in a very good area. Lot of malls and activities around. Wi-Fi is a little slow , but good near the routers . I would definitely stay here again , very good for budget travel "

"for a nearly new hotel, this is in pretty bad condition. Our tub didnt drain properly. Ghe shower was in the tub, and seemed designed to cause a fall. There were a bunch of other mistakes - the electric points are for round pins only, apparently they expect on guests with Indian electric appliances/ chargers, the soap dispensers in the shower are as likely to fall off as dispense soap.."
