"The accommodation itself is good value for the price. The smart features worked, and the numerous options for charging was a big plus for me as an international traveler. "Very good hotel. The service is excellent . The manager Karamchand Bhatnagar was very helpful. They had a solution for every problem. Hotel is small , but in a very good area. Lot of malls and activities around. Wi-Fi is a little slow , but good near the routers . I would definitely stay here again , very good for budget travel "

"Hotel appears generally clean and I did not notice any major issues with cleanliness. Most fascilities are in good working condtion. Hot water was insufficient for shower. You get like a couple of minutes of hot water and then it is basically luke warm. They need to install higher capacity water heaters. "

"I made a booking months ago and also paid in the advance. I had a 24 hour layover in Delhi Upon arrival, saw my reservation on the computer. Produced my identification. Advised by employee that guests with foreign addresses cannot check into the hotel. Spoke with two manager's and they advised this was a government regulation. Never heard of this before. Had to go online and find another hotel. As this was not mentioned to me prior, rating is Terrible for everything. "
