My family enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this apartment. We stayed in Room 401, the apartment is spacious and clean. Downside is no lift to access to level 4 as stated, and the kettle was not in good condition (with a strange plastic smell and the filter is already melted) and I couldn’t make use of it to boil the water to prepare milk for my baby. Tried to call the receptionist (only appear during check in) but unable to communicate well so unable to exchange it.

Very spacious condo and easy check-in process. The condo was clean and had more than enough space for the three of us. There was even a massage chair! The check-in process was easy and it was only a 7-minute drive from the station - I would recommend getting the address in Japanese though if getting a taxi because it was difficult to translate. The condo itself is close within walking distance to many restaurants and the Brick Warehouses which was great. Only issue was there was no elevator so carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs was a bit of a struggle but nothing too bad. Overall we had a great stay!

Large space, lots of windows for natural light. Plenty of restaurants nearby and within a quick walk to the ropeway and Bay Area. Very clean, and easy to check in and out even for an American with almost no Japanese

Great place to stay … but

Great place to stay. Property is very spacious. Staff responded very quickly to my email enquiry. Only thing to note, there is only 1 aircon unit that is in the main lounge covering the whole property. Luckily the weather was not too hot and the bedrooms managed to remain at comfortable temperature. I can see it could be a problem if the weather gets hotter and the doors to the rooms are closed to keep the early morning light out.

很棒的住宿體驗

優點:離金森倉庫及函館山很近,房間很大,有冰箱,微波盧,可以開伙,設備都很新,很乾淨,很棒,會再選擇入住. 缺點:唯一的遺憾就是沒有電梯,然後櫃台都沒有看到服務員.
