"The location of the property was very good, close to shopping , restaurants, and St. Peters Port. The hotel is quaint, very historical, but in need of some updates. My back became very sore after one night in their bed, when I brought this up they tried several fixes. On another night the roof fan malfunctioned and made a dreadful noise all night. The drains in the shower smelled like sewer, both in my room and in my travel companions. The staff were very helpful and courteous. "
