We had a wonderful experience at Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown First Ward. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team made us feel right at home. Our suite was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen was a great bonus, especially for longer visits. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated having a separate living area to relax after exploring the city. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and filling, with a nice variety of options. We also enjoyed the evening social hour and the onsite bar—great atmosphere and service! Location-wise, you can’t beat it. The hotel is right in the heart of Uptown, just a short walk from restaurants, parks, the light rail, and entertainment venues. It felt safe and convenient for getting around without needing to drive.
