"Lovely weekend - SPA was not available at the hotel, but had use at another hotel 2 mins down the road. Great customer service. Amazing breakfast which wasn't included but we decided to have this and it didn't disappoint!"

"It's a beautiful hotel, clean and professional. The staff resolved every request we had. No smile tho, it's about the culture here I guess. The spa is a bit worn out, but this shouldn't put you down. It's gorgeous and very well designed. Many different types of sauna, hamam, Steam rooms. Beautiful pools where a bar is located in as well ;). The room we got was Premium one, but be aware it's on smaller side. Prefer the other options, if you want more comfort. Breaky was ok, a bit better than budget hotels like Travelodge, holiday inn...etc. And location wise, you will be closer to the port than the old town where all the attractions, bars restos are located. So be prepared for a little walk of 15 mins. Over all, if you are looking for a spa hotel, this is the one in Tallinn, highly recommended. "

"This hotel has cozy and warm rooms. The hotel has a modern style and is very new, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the old town."

"Neat place to stay in the old town. Clean room, friendly staff, very nice breakfast, and just a few minutes walk from most of the exciting spots in the city. The price is a little bit higher than it should be, and keep in mind that there is room to room variation even for the same room type."

There was a smoking room next to the reception which was good as it was always snowing outside. TV only had American news why no bbc world service & the sport channel only showed skiing. would return to this hotel."
