"Really beautiful hotel - I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. It will always be my go-to when booking a trip to London. The staff are all so attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work. I’ve not met a single rude or miserable member of staff while staying here. They are all welcoming and can’t do enough for you.
