"The hotel is close to Derby Train Station and it’s an easy walk into Derby City Centre as well. Only downside was the lift was out off order and it was my wife staying and she has health problems which made it a bit hard fir her to get to her room but apart from that she said she will use the Hitel again. However, the family room, and indeed the hotel as a whole, felt rather tired and in need of an update. The breakfast itself was excellent, but the dining area would benefit greatly from new carpet and furniture. That said, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay."
