"Easy access to the lobby by GrabCar, and check-in was fast. Stayed one night in a Studio Executive. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Aircon was strong and cold, the shower had warm water, and amenities included a toothbrush, toothpaste, and clean towels. Bed was fresh and comfy. Didn’t use the kitchen equipment, but overall, a great stay."

"Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍"

"The room is equipped with an alkaline water drinking machine, a real effort to reduce plastic bottles in the room. The breakfast was great, hotel location is vclise to city centre."
