"Room was warm and comparable, last time we stayed we complained as it was freezing, but gave it another chance. Slept well, breakfast was very good. The only thing I found is that the staff couldn’t be bothered, tried to avoid any kind of eye contact, never said hello, please or thank you-very strange. "

"Just an overnight stay to pick someone up from the airport. Room was fine - a little basic but I wasn't missing anything. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast was a little underwhelming - I could only see small plates and the food wasn't great - but all edible and enough to keep me fed. Parking was a nightmare. There are works going on taking up spaces and those that are available are tight - you have to wait. I made a point to call the hotel before to check about parking and go their call centre who...

"Great overnight stay with two kids age 5 and 7. Had a lovely time. The hotel was very welcoming, especially Becky on reception. We loved the peacocks and feeding them was such a treat. We got a taxi into Tring to the Natural history museum which was fun. The family room was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to all the staff!"
