"The care that the staff at this hotel offered was top notch. Unfortunately, we were staying there for the funeral service of our father. The staff, from cleaning to front desk, were so kind. They allowed us to check in a bit early before knowing our situation. Additionally, they gave us grace when we used the seating area in their lobby through the evening to reminisce as a family, even as it grew later into the night. "This was a unique trip and holiday for my adult daughter and me. The cabins were clean and exactly as described on their website. We participated in most of the events offered and enjoyed interacting with and learning about the exotic animals. The staff is very knowledgeable; we were educated on many aspects of nature and wildlife. We went horseback riding twice and found it challenging yet enjoyable. We plan on returning someday, so our stay was top-notch for two nature and animal lovers."
