The facility is excellent. Clean, updated, well lit parking lot. Breakfast was also excellent . . Warm scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and it was well attended and kept plentiful. The only staff person I had an interaction with was checking in and she sadly was very curt and I felt boarded on being rude… certainly not welcoming..

Decent property the staff was very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions. I had some concerns they dealt with that accordingly with no issue. They did everything to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It appeared that in the room they were doing some spot upgrades. Some of the attachments on the wall were just there. They didn’t have anything on them, but they made sure everything was in the room. Breakfast was great. The breakfast bar was nice and clean. The staff made sure that everything that we need was there.

The hotel is good. They need to improve the cleaning all around. The carpet in the hallway, the rooms, the gym. The room smell old and dirty. For the rest the hotel is good and close to dining, shopping places. The staff were friendly.

When we were assigned a room by the front desk, we for up to the room and one of the wall sconces was dangling so I went back down to the front desk. She said she apologized a work order was put in and she didn’t see where it wasn’t fixed. Attendant was nice about it and switched rooms for us. The beds are queen that we had but they were kind of small. Comfort wasn’t bad in the bed. When I went to use the pool, the cards weren’t scanned right so we had to go get them fixed before we could swim. There is no glass on the windows in the pool area and holy wow was it cold in that room. I have dairy intolerance and celiac so really the only thing I could eat for breakfast was the boiled eggs and bananas. Highly disappointing when I stayed at a Wyndham property a couple of weeks ago and it did have these things.
