"The room and the service was great. The staff were very friendly and nice. The only bad thing was that the heat didn't work so well so the room was a little cold. I put the heat up and then it seemed to get better. Good value hotel for a nice Mystic visit. "

"pet friendly with parking right outside of the room. plenty of green space for the pooch. small town option compared to staying in New Haven. local grocery and dining is a few miles up the road. the "suites" part of it gives you more square footage and a kitchenette, but the kitchen is not stocked with any cookware or silverware or plates. in our room the toilet flush handle was broken."
