"Halfway during the stay there was a noticeable decrease in staff. Then the laundry system broke. 10 day stay and no clean towels or bed sheets. Pool went into disrepair by getting algae because one was cleaning the pool. No signs were posted and other guests used the disgusting pool that was certainly a health hazard. They did a great job decorating for holiday. But unfortunately it was lipstick on a pig. "

"I love the beach at las Hadas. The Hadas is a beautiful little town. The food is good and the omelette lady wow so delicious we gave gar tips. Sadly the staff is not friendly, they don’t smile and don’t say Hi. The waitresses don’t pay attention to the guest. We always take Mexican bills to give tips to everyone , we’ll this visit we didn’t give tips. Well just one, just one waitress named Fernando was so nice and treat us so good and made us feel special that he made our day, we gave him good...
