"I feel like I'm nitpicking because the employee's were wonderful and the premises were spotless. They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap. Once you learned how to use the buses and tube with the citymapper app...

"Solo female stayed for 7 nights in June 2024. Gorgeous little apartment on level 3. Lovely lounge area with 2 beds, tv. Clean kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Spacious bathroom, shower over bath, and importantly washing machine. There was nothing to complain about. Concierge and booking office very helpful. Enjoyed a lovely time. Sainsbury's 2 min walk, everything closeby. Great property and area"

"The hotel was very conveniently located just a short walk from Bayswater Queensway, tube station, shops, restaurants and also Hyde Park. Converted from London townhouses, the hotel antique in layout and quite charming. There are some caveats though: I was in a single room and while well equipped, it was TINY. The second problem was that it was on the third floor, there is no lift and the staircase is VERY narrow and steep. I had bags and it was a real physical challenge to get them to my room....
