"We arrived at the hotel around 20:45 , one of the conditions was to inform the hotel if you were arriving after 8pm prior to arrival which we did weeks before. The gates were shut and the taxi man called the number on the gate - no answer . Two neighbours heard us knocking and shouting to try to attract the attention of the hotelier and they managed to gain access in to the grounds. "Wellness is a very nice place to stay, very comfortable, amazing pool and nice staff. The food is great, and there are many activities for children. The Jr suite room is big and comfy. The only room for improvement is the shower, difficult to set up the temperature, But this is very minor issue. "

"Very happy with my stay here. The location was nice and the property comfortable. Nice staff and good secured parking. The room had all the amenities you need for a couple or a family. My only issue was WiFi. It needs improvement. I couldn’t work or make personal calls at all from my room. Other than that a great hotel and I would return and recommend. "
