"I liked the place . Technology was secure"

"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"O hotel é maravilhoso, só não dou 10 pelo banheiro que não é fechado e molha tudo, pela falta de variedade do café da manhã que poderia melhorar, não tinha bolo, tapioca doce nem crepes doces. E algumas coisas como por exemplo abridor de vinho e travesseiro não conseguimos porque o hotel não estava preparado pra alta demanda. Pecou por isso mas não atrapalhou nosso final de semana em família! "

"This residential hotel is so much more comfortable than staying at a supposedly fancy hotel nearby. For the solo business traveler or vacationing family. There is a nice coffee shop across the street and the hotel is 2 blocks from the beach. Very quiet and comfortable."

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"Só tenho para falar de bom! Fomos bem recebidos, a anfitriã acompanhou nossa chegada, todas as dúvidas foram esclarecidas de prontidão. Aproveitamos bastante o chalé e também a cidade. Localização boa. O ponto chave foi o passeio de Buggy oferecido pelos anfitriões. Foi incrível. Super indico o passeio de Buggy. Atenção, cordialidade, educação, respeito e gentileza fazem parte da equipe. Obrigada 😃 Em breve estaremos de volta!"
