"We absolutely love it here! We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite as we had 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was perfect! Lots of space and very comfortable. Everything was great, but my one complaint is the coffee maker. Its awful. Please either put in a regular drip pot or a keurig. Oddly enough, i brought my own maker as i knew ahead of time, but i also saw 2 other guests having brought their own also. (Something about being on vacation and wanting your nice coffee) We will be back, it was lovely. "

"Tricky parking. If you are self-parking using the Pan Pacific center, the web Check in does not work well. We were penalized high fee for non-payment. Use the machine by the elevator for the payment."

"They've recently renovated. Rooms are fresh. They upgraded us to a double queen for the same price. One recommendation would be to replace the alarm clocks. Way too bright, and cumbersome to set."
