"I did have a great stay and it has a potential to be a great hotel. They did upgrade us which was so nice but it’s the little things like having hooks to hang your towel in the bathroom, they ask you to reuse your towels then there should be some where to hang them. Unfortunately I found the downstairs bed to be lumpy and that I was pretty sore when I woke up in the morning. My sister slept upstairs and said that hers was fine. Ask the team to help you book a good local restaurant as getting a table to eat in the evenings can be challenging. Our room had a nice outlook which I enjoyed while having some pod the pod coffee provided."
