"This is a really nice chateau. The road leading up to the parking is a bit bumpy, but manageable. The hotel is really clean and beautiful. The staff were very nice as well. We enjoyed our room. It was spacious and comfortable. We loved there was a fan in our room and the soaker tub was really nice. We stayed two nights and we thought it was a really great place to stay. "The location of this hotel is perfect. The people are fabulous and friendly. We did not use any of the spa services so we can't speak to that, but the location is ideal and walkable to everything. Easy trips from here to the Normandy beaches / area. We would stay here again time and again when visiting Bayeux...this was about as close to perfect as one can hope."

"Lovely hotel. It’s very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle into town and a symbiotic relationship with their sister property in town, Le Normandy. Be sure to check out live piano music there on the weekend. Beware that they don’t speak any English at this property, which I found surprising for a four star. "

"The hotel had great staff. The common areas are nice and very well done. The only thing that prevented a 5 star rating was the very small and dated feel of the room we had. It felt more like staying at an aunt’s house than a hotel. It was our first time in the area, so I don’t know if that’s standard for the area. Given the very limited options in that area, the proximity to Omaha Beach, and the friendliness of the staff, would recommend, and stay again. "

"Location was perfect, where was center of Honfluer. Staff also were so kind and all conditions seemed to be perfect, although space of hotel itself was not big. I would like to stay here again."

"Absolutely spacious, comfortable, and convenient lodging with 3 separate bedrooms with on-suite full baths in the heart of beautiful and quaint Bayeux. What more could you ask for? Accommodations were above and beyond expectations as was the multitude of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, not to mention the gorgeous cathedral and the fascinating tapestry museum. "An underground car park is opposite the hotel at euro 19 for 24 hours so made it easy to get to the car during storms, although car spaces were tight and much manoeuvring required. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby."

"Top notch service. Well appointed, modern, and immaculate rooms. The room was so nice that I felt bad messing up the sheets to go to bed. The site was walking distance to the beach. Site itself was stunning. Even though it was not beach front, the grounds and greenery were pristine even off season.
