"Overall it was very good. Please with the room, the SPA was great and all the staff were very polite and professional. Only negative was the dinner we had. We had to wait far too long for our starter - Prawn bruschetta. Which was really very plain and lacking any sort of flavour. Than after being sat down for almost 90 minutes, our main turned up. "The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"Stay was amazing. Planned a night away for valentine's day close to a beautiful Italian restaurant, didn't know we had breakfast and other things included in the stay and was pleased and surprised when checking in. Beautiful view of city of Bristol and lovely hotel and staff too.... Will definitely be visiting again "

"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"We have just come home from a lovely 2 night stay at the Royal Crescent hotel for our baby moon. The staff were so kind and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast was amazing!! One of the best iv ever had. The hotel location is great and our room was lovely with a comfortable big bed which we were kindly upgraded to. The spa was nice but small and a bit dated. Being 7 months pregnant i decided to have some treatments including a mum to be massage and facial which were lovely...
