"It was great, I would stay here again. I think we had the best room. I usually don't like corner rooms, but this one was great, windows on two sides. We could look out and see the access to the ocean. We walked out the night we were there. Very nice."

"I would not say dirty, but definitely could have been cleaner. The facility needs a facelift. On our last night we saw a cockroach crawling down the wall, let the desk clerk know at check-out. Check-in and out was fast/easy/friendly."

"I especially liked that you could walk right out to Cocoa Beach Pier and access the beach and restaurants on the pier and restaurants right nearby. The facility itself was small, dated, but well kept. The breakfast was good, again a small eating area but good food. The service was excellent. I would certainly stay there again."

"Only there for an overnight stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable; breakfast was pretty good. Pool looked nice, but we didn't have the chance to use it. Solid experience, would stay there again."
