"Lovely hotel in the centre of Bournemouth. Well appointed and spacious public areas. The rooms are modern and high quality. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Very large rooms. The one bad thing was the air conditioning. What ever I tried it was pumping out cold air all night in mid December. It was freezing. "

"Good hotel and staff. Nice rooms Fridge in room bit noisy when trying to sleep. Main quibble.Assumed hotel parking was free but found out that's only if you book direct. Had to pay an additional £12 per day to park! Even then, spaces not guaranteed."
