"Lovely and spacious resort. A bit of a walk to town, but you can go all the way up the beach, use the free bicycles, or take a taxi into town for about $10 USD. Loved the free kayaking option. Restaurant was great, a bit on the pricey side, but there are a few other options nearby like Hidden Treasure. Overall very happy with our stay here, felt like paradise with the warm breeze swaying the palms. "

"When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "

"The rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Stephanie, Kenny, Alex,Chris,Steven, cardi G, Milky Way, Elisha, Genesis and Thomas were all GREAT! Excursions were super fun with great guides. Food was ok Beach had a lot of garbage wash up every day that wasn’t really cleaned up well. "We stayed at the San Ignacio Resort Hotel for two nights and had such a great experience! Not only is the property beautiful (swimming pool, patios, tennis court & walking trails) but the room was so clean and well-appointed. We slept so well every night! The restaurant was fantastic - we usually like to go to local places but the food was so good that we ate breakfast both days and dinner one evening there.
