"Stayed for 2 nights with my family and we all loved the hotel. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. And the hotel decor is trendy and bright. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and great pillows. Will definitely stay in Yello again when i visit Batam. "

"There is a swimming pool which is rarely used. I went and realised that it has few safety issues. You can’t get into pool safely. The steps to get into the pool is narrow and slippery. Poor markings re depth. Appreciate if these are sorted as planning to come again next year "

I particularly appreciated the hotel’s taxi service, which offered reasonable prices and made it convenient to access the nearby ferry terminal and restaurants. The service overall was good, and I enjoyed the excellent coffee at the breakfast buffet. However, I was disappointed to find ants appearing on the table while I was eating breakfast, which detracted from the experience."
