Got free shuttle tuk tuk to main road Chidlom BTS. 1st time got free room upgrade but this time round don’t have. But overall still very good experience. "Returning guest to my favorite hotel when staying in Bangkok and I stay here as often as I can. Staff are very friendly, eager to help and remember me from my previous visits, which is appreciated. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult...

"The hotel was nice and comfortable. However, the name is misleading. It is not anywhere near the AIRPORT. Staff was friendly but spoke little English. Taxi ride to the airport cost about 200tbt early in the morning. Could of been much more if I had needed to go later, when traffic was busy."
