"We only stayed one night here for a layover in bangkok but the area was great, very close to Chinatown with lots of food options and relatively quiet at night, overall the bed and breakfast was lovely. They cooked us the most delicous homestyle thai meal for breakfast and when we arrived to check in they told us to sit down and gave us a glass of freshly squeezed citrus jucie and a homemade thai dessert snack made from purple sweet potato that was so good and bottles of water. "I agree with all the other reviews that the owners were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The location is ok if you have a car and the condition of the property coincides with the price of the room. You get what you pay for."

"Site said it was in a good location. A good location for what? The local wh0ré house? It was miles from anywhere touristy. We were meant to stay for two nights but moved on the second night even though we didn't get a refund. Also they don't offer breakfast. You get what you pay for so we should have just paid more in the first place. "

Upon arriving, we were greeted with Thai tea and hot towels, and every staff person we met was so kind and helpful! The breakfasts and French press coffee were delicious, and the cozy, beautifully decorated rooms are stocked with plenty of water--as well as daily incense.
