"The hotel was very nice, very clean. People were very friendly. Some was not so helpful. Others were very helpful. I wanted a fridge in my room and some people said you had to pay and one person gave it to me for free. Other situation the boats paddle boat needs to have its own entrance in and out because it hits people who are bathing in that area because of the people who are maneuvering them. So they need to have separate entrance and exit away from the people who are bathing because my wife got hit in the head with one. Otherwise it was very nice. No complaints. I would recommend and I would come again"

"All inclusive, adults only, staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet meals are beautifully presented and plentiful as well as a lot of variety. Since we were on vacation we did not bother with one of there restaurants you have to make reservations for and dress up for. "
