"This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning....

"Awesome views, pool area was nice, music was played to loud in pool area, very disappointed in availability of reservations for restaurants. Elevator was extremely slow, took a long time to get an elevator. Our room had maintenance issues, had to call four times for a repair, which was very inconvenient "

"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit.
