"Brief family stay on the way to Australia. Enjoyed the location near two tube stops. Room was clean and tidy and housekeeping were great. Gym and pool good and concierge/door staff very friendly and helpful. Only a personal choice but a good breakfast would have made our stay excellent rather than good. Overall very happy and excellent value for money "

"The Hotel is conveniently located across the Fashion Mall which is a great place to do bargain shopping. The breakfast buffet was inexpensive and very delicious with a lot of.varieties especially tropical fruits. The hotel was clean and well organized with staff directing and ready to assist you all the time. Everyone is so friendly and respectful.
