"This hotel offered a brilliant service from start to finish! I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there! When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner. "Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "

"A clean and comfortable budget hotel similar to Travelodge in the UK. Nice touch with the common area and teas, coffees etc. it’s not the nicest area of Delhi but it is off the main road and not down a dark alley. Would recommend Bloomrooms again."
