"It's a functional stay if you have a conference nearby, as my partner did. The property is very spacious but has its years. The room is huge and adequately equipped. The breakfast buffet has a variety and offers a great view of Kobe. The only two thing we did not totally love, is the distance from town, although the shuttle service is great; and also the noisy kids running around breakfast. Otherwise, it's great and convenient."

"A very convenient location, right on the very edge of Kobe Chinatown, which is parallel to a long outdoor shopping mall. The hot water onsen part is small but sufficient. Free washers on site and dryers are very cheap. You can store your luggage if early or after checking out to explore the grounds. The staff spoke English and were friendly. My wife was amazed thst this place was only about $100 a night to stay in. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. It's a nice place to...

"The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and the waterfront. I felt like I'm never more than a few minutes of where I want to go by simply walking. Rooms are nice and staff are exceptional. On certain hours, guests can use their cafeteria for free coffee and tea. Would recommend."

Great Stay

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"I had a really good time, this hotel is very near from sannomiya station, sannomiya shopping street and the view from the hotel is also great. Staff is really helpful and polite. Of course the room is smaller but that’s I think the case everywhere in Japan. Overall it was a really great experience. "
