"The staff are very very kind, and respectful, they do not bother you during your stay and the cleanliness and amenities provided are outstanding. To top it off the architect of the building outside is very fun and the views are amazing from the room. Never got the time to try out the iHop but would recommend since everything else was in such good standards. Would definitely book here again 11/10 rating for all services provided/available!!"

"Did like location, staff, service, restaurant, so all in all, well pleased. Less than full marks for shower which took 10 minutes to become warm enough to enter, but never warm enough to be pleasant. View of car park not inspiring but the Falls are just a step away so that was not a problem."

"We were very pleased with our stay. Excellent customer service. The room was very clean as well as the hotel. the only thing that came as a surprise was parking was $45.00 a night. I just missed that, but everything else was wonderful. "

"Close to the main strip. Decently cleaned, but def needs so updating. Carpets and new pillows. The stuffing was coming out of our pillow"
