"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. "At no time was the reception manned and we needed to ring a bell or shout "hello". There was no information on breakfast and almost no guests. The hotel has a nice facade but is dark inside and there is next to no activities. To access the pool we were led through a garage and the pool was not clean. There were five sunbeds in a shape that was very bad. "we booked for 5 nights for our ski trip to Sierra Nevada, it was a great base and Julie was the perfect host. It was much nicer than staying in the ski resort & the village is lovely too. Our room was big and we had a comfortable bed and good shower which is exactly what you need after a days skiing. We arrived late due to a flight delay but Julie was very understanding.
