"I would definitely stay at this hotel again. For me the main thing was to feel safe and we did. The first night I was warmly welcome by Mrs. Ismary she was very nice and helpful. Mrs. Norma was also welcoming and ready to resolve and help whenever I needed help. When I showered, something came off of me and it was in the drain of the shower. She took it and put it on a towel. I knew exactly what it was, but was hoping it would go down drain. "The staff were excellent, the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff in the cafeteria were friendly and helpful and very accommodating .
