"The room's Air Conditioner was not working properly, we asked the staff to get it checked or provide us with a different room, but the staff did nothing on the same. Hence whole time we had to be in the room with just the Ceiling fan providing us some comfort. "

"Awful hotel with very unhygienic room. Bed was stained, wiring was faulty and there were bodily fluids smeared on the wall. I had to leave and rebook at a new hotel immediately. Hotels.Com are refusing me a refund for this terrible experience and have been no help in resolving the issues."

"Stayed here for 5 nights in a 2 week period. Have stayed at Aerocity many times prior but this was the first rime with Aloft. Absolutely wonderful staff. Great hospitality, resturant is imaculate. Our waiter Shubam was extremely knowledgeable about all areas in delhi and was extremly efficient. Hotelnhas thier own cars availible for guest with private hotel drivers. Our driver name was Komal he was awsone on our siteseeing tour for the day. Deffinatly will be back here on next trip."

"Great hotel. Very clean. The housekeeping staff do a great job keeping the room and property very clean. Great job done by Deepak ensuring my room was always clean, comfortable and all amenities needed were in the room. The restaurant was spacious, clean and food was always delicious with great selection at meal times. The team in the restaurant were always welcoming, friendly and professional. Thanks to the food and beverage team particularly Ishwar Ojha, Khitai Chef, Surendar and Nilesh. Hotel is only 1 minute walk from Worldmark. Highly recommended place to stay the next time in aerocity Delhi."
