The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, no musty odor anywhere, nothing broken, bed was comfortable and the daily housekeeping was a major source of satisfaction during our stay. This is our second time at the Westin Galleria and we will definitely return."

"Started out not good. We booked two queen beds and the gave us a king. It was 4 of us running in the Houston Hot Chocolate Race the next morning. The young man at the desk said he couldn’t do anything. Finally this woman I guess over heard us and she stepped in. She said it was our mistake and please give me some time. I waited patiently and she got it resolved! What a blessing that was! I wish I would have got her name. I went down the next morning and asked but no one knew who I was talking about. Definitely stay again!"
