"We could not have picked a better hotel. It was centrally located so we could walk to restaurants and theatres. The staff, especially the concierge group, was helpful and responsive. It was clean, and had very large rooms by European standards. The description had said the rooms were soundproof, which I really didn’t believe could be true in a city center hotel. But the rooms were indeed silent! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is Madrid...
